Joining Clifton Rotary is easy and straightforward. You may have heard about us and the great things that we do as a Rotary club. You may know someone who is a member of Clifton Rotary or one of our sister clubs in Bristol. Or you may be part of an organisation that wants to work with local communities in Clifton or Bristol.
Individual Membership
Clifton Rotary is about people like you. We enjoy each other’s company and before joining us we would encourage you to come to some of our events to find out what we are about. Why not come to our Wednesday lunch meetings at the Redland Green Tennis Club and meet some of our members and their guests and invited speakers? Ask us about our social and sporting events and if there is one coming up, come along and join in.
Corporate Membership
Clifton Rotary is also about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). If you are a local organisation that is interested in CSR and “giving back to the local community” come and talk to us about corporate membership. Perhaps your business, school or other organisation (public sector or private sector) is looking for opportunities to give your staff a chance to develop their skills by getting involved in charitable projects? Clifton Rotary helps many local charities and philanthropic initiatives, so corporate membership can help you achieve your CSR objectives and help your staff to develop their leadership, management and public speaking skills.
Clifton Rotary is proud of its association with corporate members and encourages them to use our famous Rotary trade mark on their websites and stationery.
"I was a member of Rotary for 40 years and had a wonderful time being part of an organisation that provided me with plenty of opportunities to be useful in my community and internationally. 30 happy years were spent with Clifton Rotary, the friendliest club imaginable with members who had a lot of fun, shared their knowledge and experience and helped me to learn and develop. Most importantly, Rotary with 1.2 million members in 180 countries sharing the common aim of world peace and understanding allowed me to meet and make friends all over the world." (Steve Perry)
