Clifton Rotary took to the streets of Clifton as part of the Clifton Village Day on Saturday, 13 September.
Our gazebo was given a prominent position in the pedestrian area outside the Public Library in Princess Victoria Street, so we enjoyed wonderful visibility and the chance to engage with passers by. Rotary and what we do is not well known and events like this are invaluable. In terms of profile raising it was excellent.

Has Joshi and Anup Chaudhuri, two retired doctors, ran a blood pressure clinic which was remarkably popular and possibly lifesaving insomuch as 2 'patients' were strongly recommended to see their doctor.
Tony Richards reverted to his former persona of “Headmaster” and organised an open mic for young children keen to engage in public speaking.
The rest of us did our best to support the Rotary cause by telling passers by of the work we do and the good times we enjoy.
Congratulations to Tony for organising the event and well done everyone from Clifton Rotary who helped to make it a success.
